Our vacation to Las Vegas and Utah

For our family vacation, we went to LV to see Auntie Lexi and Trevor, then to Utah to see Nonna, Papa and the Osborne family, then back to LV (to break up the drive). We were gone about a week. We had so much fun!












In Las Vegas, Tanner got to sit on (not ride) Trevor's motorcycle. He got to slide down the stairs with Lexi on an air mattress. Lexi made me a great birthday dinner - with crabs-Yum! We went to a really nice park and got to see a car show. Tanner met "Lightning McQueen" (wink-wink). He really liked all of Trevor's different helmets.

In Utah, Tanner LOVED the fish tank. Nonna let him feed the fish and he would just sit and stare at them. He had a blast with all his cousins. He and Nate would chase each other with shopping carts/strollers. On my birthday, we went to an Aquarium where Tanner met Nemo. The Osborne's really made my birthday special. Tanner went to Nonna's preschool and made a duckie. He also got to sit on Uncle Jonny's motorcycle (again, not ride). We visited with Grandma Lee. It even snowed one day! Tanner loved playing with Nonna and Papa. He played cars with Papa and would copy his laughs. He made Nonna lay on the ground and tickle him. We had such a great time! As always, our vacation went way too fast!!

To mark the 2 year milestone, we went to take portraits. He had so much fun and smiled a lot.

Tanner's 2nd Birthday

We haven't posted anything in a long time, so Adriane is giving this a shot!! So, Tanner turned the 2 yo on March 3. We had a little birthday party for him on March 2nd at a park by our house. Unfortunately, it was the one night in about 3 mos where it was windy and freezing (for us). Tanner was miserable... he even said to me, "Go home, Mommy. Go home." We moved the party to my parents' house, where we had Ratatouille cake and ice cream and the little ones hit a Nemo pinata. He and his little friends had a blast playing with all his toys at BooBoo and Nam's house. Overall, it was a success, but barely!

McCormick Ranch Christmas Party

The McComrick Ranch Christmas party was very cold, but a lot of fun. Tanner was able to meet Elmo, Cookie Monster, Scoobie Doo, Clifford, and was able to see Santa and Bob the Builder. We had a great time going through the Christmas wonderland on a train. We also went on a Merry-go-round. Tanner had a great time, as did mom and dad.

Christmas was good to us this year. Santa came, along with all of Tanner's friends and family, and Tanner was certainly spoiled. He really enjoyed his clothes from Nona and Papa, his Bob the builder work bench from his aunties, his Thomas the Train from Grammy and Auntie, and his Go Diego Go ATV. It is fun to watch such a little kid ride around on his ATV and Thomas the train. He certainly is a big boy. The thing we enjoyed the most was spending some quality time with eachother.
